Who Is Pontailer?

Pontailer is a hyip pool offering return of 4.1% daily for 30days. They claimed that the fund deposited by members is under administration by an asset management company called Greenfield Consulting PLC, registered in UK.

I searched about Greenfield Consulting PLC on companies-house and it’s stated that the company has been dissolved on February 21^st, 2006. Below is a part of the search result from companieshouse.gov.uk :

Furthermore, I couldn’t find any information about neither Greenfield Consulting PLC nor Dennis Burke (the CEO) online. Why would Pontailer using the name of the company which has been dissolved? I sent support ticket to admin of Pontailer but remain unanswered. It doesn’t sound well. So I suggest you be careful with this program.
