Topgaincapital Makes You Lose Capital

A hyip called topgaincapital just making you lose your capital and being at the bottom. According to members this scam started to incur payment problem since middle of June. Topgaincapital was started in beginning of June and at first has had offered two types of plans which were 10% hourly for 13 hours, and 150% after 1 day. However, beginning of this month the admin has changed the plans to 10% every 3 hours for 14 times, 10% every 3 hours for 18 times and 10% every 3 hours for 20 times. Even tough this site has turned to scam, the admin is trying to scam more by introducing new plans with faster and higher rates.
