Americans do not believe in the future of the country and in Obama

According to the recent poll conducted by NY Times and CBS News the majority of the Americans are pessimistic about the future of their country economy. As of the results of the poll less than one quarter of the Americans think that the economy will improve (23%), and 70% are sure that they develop in a wrong direction.  

The majority of the respondents said that they do not like the way President Obama handles the economy (57%) and 75% expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the Congress.  

As for the decisions taken by the US government, 27% of respondents said that cutting the deficit would have no effect, 29% said that it would cost jobs and only 29% said that it would influence positively on the employment market. 

Also 72% agreed with Obama that end tax cutting for those households earning $250,000 + would be a reasonable decision.
