Jamie Dimon received $20.8m compensation from JP Morgan Chase

Jamie Dimon, 55, head of JP Morgan Chase became one of the most discussed people this week.  According to AP the compensation of Dimon in 2010 rose to $20.8 million from $12.7 million in 2009.  

It was stated that Dimon received $1 million as a salary, stock options worth $17 million and a cash bonus of $5 million.  

Also JP Morgan Chase paid the expenses of Dimon related to his move to Chicago that is $579,624.  

In 2010 the net profit of JPMorgan rose 48% and totaled $17.37 billion, from $11.73 billion in 2009.  

Jamie Dimon has run JP Morgan Chase since 2005. During this period the bank showed good results, even during the crisis.
