The FBI called him the main carder of the world from CarderPlanet website. World Internet mass media put him on the main pages of their sites and predicted him a chair of prime-minister of Ukraine. But he has proved everybody that one of the most famous trumped-up cases of the beginning of the XX century was doomed to break up and became a failure of special services. Today this person tries to lead the masses and to establish order in real and virtual life of Ukrainian people.

Reporter of Ecommerce Journal went to Ukraine for private talk with a young politician Dmitry Golubov.
The talk was very interesting and I had known a lot of new things at first hand – the details which world mass media were passing over in silence. We met in a small cozy cafe in Odessa (Ukraine) not far from Dmitry’s house. Accurate within minute I saw a tall well-groomed impressive man in a suit with badge of Ukrainian flag. He greeted me in a deep voice and we started to talk.

Dmitry, today you are much boomed, people don't want to leave in peace the situation with CarderPlanet and the FBI. Does such "black PR" impede your political carrier?

It is necessary to note from the very beginning that the fact that the case trumped-up by some officers of the FBI and home law machinery towards me was originally doomed to failure. E.J.Hilbert, officer of the FBI who was actively participating in "realization" of this case (by the way, today he is fired from the FBI) has noted in his interview to Washington Post that from the very beginning they had no evidences and proofs against me. So, any hype around me can help to find out the falsifications and to redeem my honor.

What do you think about special services of the USA and about their influence on Ukrainian policy?

You know, any reasonable person understands that even formal resemblance of a number of "Velvet Revolutions" that took place within a short enough period of time in different world countries is not the occasion. It is clear that this conception has its conductor and it is not so difficult to understand which country in a modern, more and more globalizing world, is able to conduct such "activities". I don't think that we live in the ages of disinterested motives, and only a mistaken person can figure that Washington extends its geopolitical influence all over the world for charitable causes. It is necessary to accept that imperial ambitions of the USA, the country owning hundreds of military bases in “independent” states of the world serve only for the wealth of the USA, and “democratization” of oil derricks is a visual evidence. As for Ukraine, I think it is unacceptable to have people with the US passport among the leaders of the country. More over, I can call these people the agents of influence of the power non-amicable for us.

Who are the members of your party? Could you depict the demographic portray? Judging by the demographic portray of Internet users we usually imagine a young, intellectually developed person. But very often young people are indifferent to politics, who are the party members indeed?

It may seem strange but in the very beginning almost exclusively young people were joining our party. But several months later we had already the representatives of absolutely all social strata and age classes joined our party. We haven't only the representatives of oligarchy but we are not worrying much about this. You should agree that it would be good to have 3-5% of population living rough, and 95-97% of population being well-to-do. But it is necessary to note that in today's Ukraine everything is quite the contrary. It is not a democracy - it is accroachment by oligarchy. I can even say, it is a kind of thieves' dictatorship. And there is nothing strange that in such situation the concept of our party is supported by the most part of Ukrainian population.

Do you have any real progress in your political party project?

The ideas of direct democracy surprisingly quickly met the response in the hearts of not only the young people but also of almost all age classes and social strata. Every day, almost every hour we get from every quarter various suggestions on changing of legislative base, social politics, and even military doctrine, which are only corrected by the lawyers but written by common people for themselves, for their children, for flourishing of their country…

Do you want to make Ukraine offshore? Aren't you afraid to lose and to have no percentage? Just imagine, all kinds of payment systems, exchange services, small banks and other financial enterprises register in your country, and later you will suddenly know that they are carrying out some financial operations. If something like this happens somewhere on Antilles, it will not become a problem for the world society. But if Ukraine, the country invited to join the NATO and may be the EU, is involved in operations with money-laundering, it may perniciously influence the reputation and confidence in your country. Don’t you think so?

The answer to your question can be the fact of existence of such countries as Switzerland and Cyprus. In my opinion, if Ukraine has strong economy, material welfare, powerful military machine providing protection from external threats, it will not need to join neither the NATO nor the EU. If we are week, these structures will acquire us and use as raw material appendage and cheap labor market. If we are strong there will be no necessity to join any unions or alliances. I see Ukraine as a strong, economically and politically independent country, with its own external political and geopolitical interests and also with its own resources and possibilities for fighting for those interests.

How much does it cost you to maintain your party? If you are ex-student, as you say, where do you find money to maintain the party?

Hosting of our party's website was provided absolutely free of charge by the people who support our ideas. Technical support is also provided voluntarily by the members of our party. Thus, using modern technologies available to all we are the first really people's party that does not need the charity of oligarchy and those who has power.

Ukraine is represented today on the Internet by a great number of payment systems, exchange services, and other various services... Do you have a section related to support of this field of business in your party program ?

We are ready to support any business that creates new working places and economic growth. We will never allow monopolization of the market and will assist by all means small and medium-sized businesses, including Internet-segment of business activity.

Many of our western readers would like to ask you this question as a representative of Ukrainian people. Why  is the Internet so poorly developed in your country? You have a lot of computer specialists but what is the reason?

The reason is quite simple: modern Ukrainian politician is more interested in repartition of sphere of influence, redirection of financial flows, and bluntly speaking in plunder of state resources, rather than in formation of modern education, computerization and development of high technologies. Weak development of the Internet is one of the consequences of short-sighted policy of Ukrainian administration. One can see uncontrollable growth of prices, impoverishment of population... What we are speaking a about now? During the years of independence there were about 30 mln. of abortion in Ukraine! And the solution here is the one - to change the system as whole. And not a single "redecoration" can help here. It is necessary to make a complete, all-sided change of power, priorities, forms of administration, a full abolishment of corrupt power passing system. Here needed a real people's revolution which comes from people but not from abroad.

Our readers are interested whether Ukraine has any administrative barriers for running Internet-business?

Let’s begin with the fact that Ukrainian law does not contain such term as Internet at all. According to law in the Ukraine the Internet is not even a source of information; about what development of business can we speak? And here it is enough just to mention that market capitalization of Google is more than 190 billion dollars. And this amount is equal to 7 annual budgets of Ukraine. Existence of such problem, I consider not as absurd but as crime towards the future of our children.

In western mass media you are referred to as the third political party in Ukraine. What do you think are your chances to get into the Verkhovna Rada?

I can note without any false modesty that in the established political situation in the Ukraine, when three political parties change each other and do not improve living standards, and only Ukraine plunge into chaos, people need the hope for real changes for the better, growth of well-being and stable life. We are ready to provide this for the people and we know how to do this. Considering all what was said above I think that coming to power of our party is almost an occurred fact.

In the blog of Wall Street Journal you were called as a candidate for the post of prime-minister of Ukraine. What would you change in your country and what laws would you sign first of all?

You can find a detailed reply to this question in the program of your party. I would like only to note that I see Ukraine as a powerful, all-sufficient power, with strong economy, strong foreign policy, which could show other countries the example of a real democracy, and even help other countries with undemocratic regiment in formation of democratic society in its own image.

I also think that in modern world an absolutely independent country cannot fail to posses all the means to fight for its foreign-policy interests. In view of this, our army will be form according to Swiss pattern. We will have an expeditionary corps and several aircraft-carrier divisions to fight against world terrorist. After I will occupy the post of prime-minister of Ukraine, every Ukrainian child who reaches 8 years will get a computer, at the age of 10 – work on computer owing to a state program on free education of all residents of Ukraine, and at the age of 13 every child will know how to use Internet. Ukrainian children are a huge potential of Ukraine for world society.

You build your party using the Internet. Of course, you beat your political rivals with such method with regard to attracting  new party members and communicating with electorate. But some disadvantages are also present. So, ddos-attacks are very popular today. Do you face this problem and did anybody try to exclude you from the political struggle by this method?

Yes, we have already been ddosed once, but our specialists dealt with it. I think that ddos-attacks will become more frequent when it will come to the elections. Now they are senseless.

Dmitry, we are an economic edition, and we cannot fail asking you about the development of virtual economy in the Ukraine. Could you please evaluate this field in your country?

In Ukraine this niche is free. You may choose any direction in Internet-business and you will not feel the breath of your rivals on your shoulder. It is very surprising that we have a very low-developed economy, and the one who occupies a place in it today, will be made for life. I think so because as soon as our party comes to power, Internet will be almost in every house, and this means a great market for advertisement of goods and services, and many other things.

How does the government of your country look at the development of virtual economy in the Ukraine? Or they have other things to do? Very often we can see fights in Rada like in a primitive society which are alien to the way of thinking of western people.

Our government does not want to use the Internet as it is sure that it cannot get a great influence with the Internet as Ukrainian audience is very small. But I have another opinion on this. Today the number of Internet users in Ukraine is about 7 million. Power in Ukraine does not understand what the Internet is and what great funds we could get from it. And it is not surprising as they are busy with quarrels concerning the possessing of control packet of shares in that or this company, and they don’t care about economy and especially about the virtual one.

After conversation we nicely said goodbye to each other and went our own way - I backto New York to ECJ editorial office, and Dmitry back to home, a small recently build house in the center of Odessa... Today Dmitriy Golubov is prominent politician. Ernest E.J. Hilbert II , a former FBI agent said: "I can tell you this much: He was very egotistical then and seems so now. He will be one to watch. I bet he goes far in Ukrainian politics." Ernest E.J. Hilbert II believes him because he is "being so adamant".

Comments on Dmitriy Golubov - new prime minister of Ukraine?

Wish him luck

For the record the case against Mr Golubov is solid and current. If he is so sure he is innocent I invite him to come to the US and face the charges filed against him.

He was Script, he was arrested for his role, he destroyed the evidence in his home but not that provided to the FBI by his good friend Roman Vega aka BOA.

Dmitry I wish you great luck and prosperity as long as you stay on the right side of the law. Hopefully you have moved past your past but Im skeptical
