Q: Hello! Nice to greet you on the pages of our journal! Could you please introduce yourself and tell about your position within TradeZoom? 

TradeZoom: Hello everybody. My name is Bernard Bartell and I am the Marketing manager of Tradezoom Company. It was actually my idea to open the online business and I'm very happy with it up to now. 

Q: Could you tell us a little bit about your program? When it was launched, by whom and what are the aims of TradeZoom? 

TradeZoom: We are working offline since 2005 but we open the online business just recently as you know – September 2009. Main manager is James Petros that moreover company manages, lead traders team. He is a professional specialist in manage, trade and marketing with more than 14 years experience in stock and forex fields. 

We start our business with online investment but our goal is creating multi functional platform to present the most advanced methods to enter the world of business, financing, investment and training. 

Q: Do you have certificate of incorporation? Where your clients can see it? 

TradeZoom: The scans of the documents are available for the investors, but we have to verify investors before show them our company documents. Actually the verify is necessary to avoid any abuse. of course, verifying is simple and it requires an ID with photo and proof of residence. 

Q: Please tell us a little about your team. Who work for TradeZoom? How many people? Do they have any previous experience in investment business? 

TradeZoom: Our company has a financial manager, a marketing manager, a Trading manager, and a customer support manager and about 80 employers. In first days we realized that a person with information security science is necessary for our online business and now a security manager joins us. 

All the mangers are most of the time away on business so the customer support and administrative assistant will be the persons who will handle the site daily. And about previous experience, we had no experience in online business till now but we did our research and we are learning every day new things about it. 

Q: How does TradeZoom earn money and how you can guarantee stable profits to your investors? 

TradeZoom: We are trading in forex and high yield commodities like crude oil, rubber, residential construction and air condition packages since 2005. Our experts calculate average of interest and investment plan regulations are according to less than the average profit and there is no risk for investors. 

Q: What other guarantees can you provide? 

TradeZoom: Our experts in Risk Management Department are working 24-hour of researching on the volatilities in different equity & financial markets to find effective methods for investing in these markets and the risk department assess the market before any trade done. Also this department specifies how much money spends in every trade and we guarantee your deposits because spending money that we cannot afford to lose is impossible. Of course from my opinion, investor's satisfaction is the most important guarantee for an investment company. 

Q: You offer only one investment plan. Why? Do you think that it is optimal? 90 business days is a long enough term.... 

TradeZoom: Our experts collect our trading reports since 2005 and calculate our average revenue. They deduce Company can pay 2% fixed interest rate daily for 90 days without risk. 

After a while we received huge investment and bring out more profit, so we decided increase our interest rate, I offer to James Petros adding compounding plan but he was defiant with me, this was his opinion that we must guarantee interest and we can not risk.  Finally, after more survey he accepts to add another plan to give 250% interest after 90 days. In this plan, interest instead of pay you daily, stay in the market and after 90 days you will earn more interest, so we have two plans at this time. 

Q: You say on your site that you allow money backs. How often do people change their mind and ask to return money? 

TradeZoom: No, we have not any refund request till now, because when investors joins us they visit website daily to receive payment and they are viewer of our growth, so I think no body don't like go out of our program. Of course, if investors change their mind they can refund 70% of total their investment. (30% fees will be charge) 

Q: Do you have minimum or maximum amounts? 

TradeZoom: Yes, minimum amount for investment is 10 USD and maximum amount is limited to 50.000 USD 

Q: You work with 4 e-currencies. Why have you chosen those currencies? Do you plan to add any other payment options? 

TradeZoom: We are currently accepting LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, Alertpay and Strictpay because according to our research these e-currencies have most popularity at this time. Also, we might accept Solidtrustpay and/or Pecunix in the near future. 

Q: Can you tell us about your affiliate program? What are the conditions?

Q: Today it became very popular to translate website into various languages to let a wider range of investors to use the service. Do you plan anything like this?

Q: What are your plans for the nearest future? 

TradeZoom: First step is adding a forum that investors talk together and traders, next step is changing advertise strategies and add some improvement to website. Also we have an interesting idea that I don't want tell here for surprising investors in the future.
