Cleaning crew finds fetus in toilet aboard American Airlines plane

The human fetus discovered Tuesday in a plane lavatory at LaGuardia Airport in NY had a gestational age of 5 months, scientists at the city's Office of Chief Medical Examiner have determined.

American flight 1942 from Charlotte, North Carolina had arrived Monday night at 10:44 p.m. Passengers had long since disembarked by the time the plane was being serviced this morning.
