Stranger Things Teases Season 3 Premiere Date with Fake Commercial

The 20-year-old actress hasn't been in much yet, but devoted Stranger Things fans have already noticed that she has been added to the show's IMDB page.

Also causing quite a buzz online is the new addition of actress Maya Hawke as Steve's new Scoops Ahoy coworker, Robin.

The trailer was released on the Stranger Things Twitter account earlier today with the caption: "Ahoy!"

According to the almost 90-second video, the new mall "opens next summer" -a possible hint that the show's third season will be released in summer 2019.

The trailer reveals that Starcourt Mall opens in the summer of 1985, which is also when Stranger Things season three is set.

The commercial is for the new Starcourt Mall in Hawkins, showing shots of stores such as Gap, Claire's, and Sam Goody with their respective 80's logos. Honestly, as far as clues for the new season, it looks like that's all we've got - it's going to spend some time in the mall?

The first season of the programme aired in July 2016 while the second arrived in October 2017.

But how will she get involved with the supernatural secrets of Hawkins? When Hawke was cast in the series, Robin was described as a girl who wants to find some excitement in her tiresome life, at least before she stumbles upon one of Hawkins' dark secrets.

The Hunt for Red October is at the front of the bookstore, Bruce Springsteen's Born in the United States of America is now available, and Steve Harrington is working at Scoops Ahoy to help you cool off!

Netflix is clearly having some fun by choosing to remain silent about Season 3.
