Russian Federation hands over World Cup hosting duties to Qatar

Hungary has unusually warm ties with Russian Federation for an European Union member state, and Orban and Putin visit each other regularly.

At the climax of the ceremony, Putin handed an official World Cup ball to Infantino, who then handed it over to the emir.

"We have fallen in love with Russian Federation".

"If we're in government, I hope it's one of the first things a Labour government does, which is work with our FA to try and put a World Cup bid together".

Russian Federation 2018 came to an end today, as France defeated Croatia 4-2 in the Final at the Luzhniki Stadium to become world champions for the next four years.

"We can not but feel sad that this spectacular football festival, which had given us so many happy moments, vivid impressions and new friends, is nearly over", Putin said.

SC have been shadowing and observing the 2018 World Cup operations in the 11 host cities, with over 180 professional studying the measures required in order to be prepared for the extravaganza four years later. On behalf of himself and all lovers of football and sports around the world, the Amir congratulated Russian Federation for the great success and looked forward to welcome everyone to 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar. Qatar's World Cup has been mired in controversy, from the alleged bribery during the bidding process to the widespread reports of mass casualties among migrant workers who have been charged with building the stadiums for the event.

"In Russia, we are always glad to see our friends, both old and new, now that we have so many more of them", Putin said.

Russia's World Cup organizers said on Saturday that the tournament had so far been a success and would help to improve the country's image overseas.

"Although it will be hard to repeat that success as we're a small country, but we are very keen on sport", he said.
