Reasons Why Unai Emery’s Summer Transfer Business Is Over

A host of Arsenal's big names, who were not involved in the World Cup, are already back in training.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery says he will work with Mesut Ozil "in a new way" to get the best out of the playmaker, and urged him to come back from his holiday with "a good mentality" despite Germany's World Cup fiasco.

Ozil was part of the Die Mannschaft side which became the latest defending champions to fail to reach the knock-out phase, after defeats to Mexico and South Korea in the group stage.

"Steven has two years remaining on his contract", said Caparros.

Arsenal have been very active so far in this transfer window with no less than seven players welcomed to the Emirates by Unai Emery.

"The national team didn't do the result they wanted, but today he's on holiday". I know Iwobi, Elneny and Mesut Ozil. He's coming with us to Singapore the first day'.

Let's take at an analysis and reasons why Unai Emery's Summer transfer business is over after the gunners have completed the signing of five players namely; Stephan Lichtsteiner, Bernd Leno, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi.

"I'm really happy", he told the club's official website following the win at Meadow Park.

The Arsenal manager coached the France global for 12 months at Sevilla before he took over the reins of Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain back in 2016.

Emery is confident that he has a squad able to challenge for top honours but does not rule out a couple more new faces to make them even stronger.
