'Solo: A Star Wars Story' Clip: When Han Met Lando

"Han Solo is my favorite character in Star Wars and Harrison Ford is a big part of that", said Sarah Woloski, co-host with Tricia Barr and Teresa Delgado of Star Wars podcast Fangirls Going Rogue.

Chewbacca (played by actor Joonas Suotamo) and director Ron Howard answer fan questions about Solo: A Star Wars Story. You can find more details about Han Solo Season on the official Battlefront II website. According to the Star Wars soundtrack, which will be released on May 25th, Enfys Nest and the Cloud-Rider gang will Show up in the first half of the movie during the train heist.

Disney and Lucasfilm are ramping up the Solo marketing machine, with three new clips and a spanking new poster of the titular cocksure smuggler, Han Solo. And it suggests that Solo draws heavily from Han's backstory that was first introduced in the Star Wars Expanded Universe, as io9 suggests.

This is because pre-sales for Solo have exceeded Black Panther which is a film that opened with an impressive $202 million weekend. Lawrence Kasdan, Jason McGatlin, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller serve as executive producers.

May be a producer who has raised a significant proportion of a film's finance, or who has secured the underlying rights to the project. In fact, it's arguably not all that surprising to see Solo: A Star Wars Story lean heavily into the sci-fi violence aspect of its narrative and carry on the PG-13 torch that has defined the franchise in its recent installments ever since 2005's Revenge of the Sith.

So why do we need Benedict Cumberbatch in the next Star Wars? Tell us in the comments section! I believe that Lucasfilm/Disney did Lord and Miller a solid, giving them a bit of "credit" as a peace offering, of sorts. There were plenty of Sith and Jedi at one point in the story of Star Wars.
