Liverpool agree £63m Fekir deal

Liverpool target Nabil Fekir was coy when quizzed about his future amid rumours of a summer move to Anfield.

Fekir, who's been strongly linked with Arsenal and FC Barcelona after an impressive campaign with the Ligue 1 side is said to be close to agreeing a deal with the Reds.

We doubt Dembele would be available too considering he only just joined Barcelona in a £135.5million summer move.

He told reporters: "We have had no contact with Liverpool today". I would be surprised about that.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp cooled the speculation after defeat at Chelsea, but Mane says Fekir would be welcome at Melwood.

Despite a number of disappointing results in the Premier League in recent weeks Liverpool supporters have had plenty to shout about lately with a Champions League final to come.

Mane is evidently excited about the prospect of Liverpool's blistering attack being further strengthened by the arrival of a player who has scored 20 goals and provided eight assists across all competitions for Lyon so far this season. "For now, I am in Lyon", he said. "No idea on Dembele - first I'd heard was in the press conference!"

"At the end of the season, we will see".

Fekir has always been heralded as one of the most talented players in French football, but questions marks have often surrounded his attitude and application.

The Liverpool manager said: "During the game we agreed a deal? It's the club of my heart, as you know".

The France worldwide is one of the most sought-after attackers in Europe and his stunning form in Ligue 1 this season has led to speculation surrounding his future.
