Nitin Gadkari talks hails BJP's workers, says party believes in good governance

The BSP supremo Mayawati claimed that the remarks made by Shah proved downfall in the standard of the party under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah.

Congress President Rahul Gandhi said Shah's "disrespectful statement" reflected his "mentality", PTI reported. Amit Shah's speech at the BJP's birthday bash clearly points to the strategy the ruling combine is working on to beat anti-incumbency, and the most ironic part of it is that it's the Opposition which has handed it to them on a platter. "Parties whose ideologies don't even match are coming together to put up a front, fearing Modi", Shah said.

BJP president Amit Shah appears to be in desperation as he was sure of his party's defeat in Karnataka elections and that is why he was abusing the Opposition parties, said Congress senior leader V. Hanumantha Rao.

In his address, Shah asserted that Countdown for 2019 has begun. His comments come as the Opposition continues to make efforts to form an anti-BJP coalition. Only a 'vatvriksha (banyan tree) survives and snakes, mongoose, dogs, cats and other animals climb to save themselves from the rising waters.

Congress leader Sharma said, "The remarks made by Amit Shah are condemnable".

Asking them to shun the negativity spread by some vested groups, the PM said, "We are living in a time when the opposition to the BJP is at its highest".

Noting that Technologies must be used to empower and uplift people, the Prime Minister said that GEM portal has been introduced by this government to assist micro business by ensuring good coordination.

Shah answered and said that the people of the country are questioning on Congress' rule of four generations. "People of this country will give a befitting reply", he said. "He is perhaps the only leader to distribute candies when his party candidates forfeit deposits", said Shah. In 10 days, Modi chose to send our jawans into Pakistan for a surgical strike.

He reiterated that BJP will never tinker with the reservation policy in the country. However, the special trains were late by two to five hours as the Railways did not run them on priority, BJP workers alleged.

When regular commuters questioned them, they got into an argument with them, saying the AC train had not been there during the Congress government and that it was started during BJP's rule, refusing to budge.

The BJP Yuva Morcha carried out a 3-kilometre long bike rally to welcome the BJP President.
