Moto G6 Plus specs revealed on popular benchmarking site Geekbench

It is further believed the Moto G6 Plus will be equipped with a 5.93-inch Full HD display with an 18:9 screen ratio.

The long-rumored Moto G6 series is expected to break covers at the Motorola's product event in Brazil on April 19, but before it could officially get announced, Amazon has listed the device revealing the key specifications. Ahead of the unveiling, we have already seen a handful of purported press renders and specs of the sixth-gen Moto G series phones.

The Moto G6 Plus will be offered in Indigo and Gold, along with a dual-lens camera on the rear and a fingerprint sensor on the front. The fingerprint sensor will be available on the front of the device.

The Moto G6 Plus also made a score of 866 and 4123 points in Geekbench's single and multi-core tests respectively. The renders show off all three phones - the Moto G6 Plus, Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play - in various color options. Interestingly, past renders of the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Plus suggest fingerprint sensor will still be placed under the display so it's still unclear whether only the G6 Play will be the only model with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. For photography, the smartphone will carry a 13MP rear shooter along with 8MP secondary camera with a flash.

A Twitter user has shared the renders of all the smartphones in the Moto G6 lineup. There will also be a dual camera setup with 12 and 5 MP resolution, and a 3000 mAh battery.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 mobile platform consists of eight Kryo 260 cores (4× Kryo 260 @ 2.2GHz, 4× Kryo 260 @ 1.84GHz), Adreno 512 GPU, and 600Mbps 4G LTE modem.

In terms of imaging, the G6 Plus is expected to come with a dual rear-facing camera. The phone will likely be powered by a more powerful Snapdragon 630 SoC. The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 427 chipset, mated to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. We will know more in the days leading up to the launch event on April 19.
