Second Palestinian Killed in Weekend Clashes With Israeli Army

Mohammad Zein al-Ja'bari, aged 24, who was deaf and could not speak, was shot by the soldiers with a live round in his chest, in the Bab az-Zawiya area, in the center of Hebron city.

Israeli Jewish settlers Saturday attacked the village of al-Tuwaneh, in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron in the occupied West Bank, according to the dailies.

A 16-year-old Palestinian boy was also shot with live ammunition at the scene and is being treated for his injuries.

Clashes erupted after Israeli settlers reportedly assaulted Palestinian children in the neighborhood of Silwan in occupied East Jerusalem.

Some Palestinian media reported that Jabari was deaf.

The representatives of the Saudi, Israeli and Egyptian delegations met at a luxury hotel to discuss economic issues, especially in the Red Sea region, the official said, adding that the Israel-Saudi thaw damaged the Palestinian Authority.

The bill enables Israeli authorities to refuse the release of bodies of Palestinian fighters killed in battle infinitely, except under certain arbitrary conditions which the Israeli forces would determine on its own as appropriate and would not threaten the security of Israel.

Saraya al-Quds said in a statement that Frahat died "while preparing for battle", making no mention of an "accidental explosion". A number of Muslim leaders have warned the move may lead to violence.
