Disney Star Joins White House Press Team

After the Disney show ended, Sunshine gradually shifted careers as she interned at the White House, though her most recent acting gig was for the 2017 TV movie Mommy I Didn't Do It.

The White House has expressed cautious optimism after North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's surprise meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing.

Fellow television star Omarosa Manigault Newman, noted for her stint on The Apprentice alongside Trump, stepped down from her White House role as director of communications for the Office of Public Liaison at the end of previous year.

Sanders has claimed she has answered questions surrounding Daniels and the lawsuit "extensively" but the White House has yet to answer whether Trump was aware of the payment.

Indications are that ex-White House attorney John Dowd was concerned about what the former Trump advisers might say to Robert Mueller, and that Dowd talked to his colleagues about having Trump extend pardon offers.

Besides some tweets celebrating the 4th of July and American citizenship, and a tweet from 2011 apparently thanking then-businessman Trump for a water bottle at a Trump hotel, the actress maintains a quiet Internet presence in an era in which figures like her employer use Twitter as a press release platform.

Sunshine, 22, appeared in the Disney Channel show "Shake It Up", a series about teenage dancers, People magazine reported.

Prior to her internships, Sunshine was an active member of the Model United Nations team at Claremont McKenna College, where she graduated. She had a recurring and later main role as Tinka Hessenheffer, twin brother of Kenton Duty's Gunther.

Sunshine also starred in the 2010 film "Marmaduke", a fictional tale of a dog who helped his family adjust to living in Orange County, California. Thorne, who came out as bisexual, has become the most controversial of the Shake It Up cast. She's also worked with the Joyful Sewing Organization, Working Wardrobes, the Orange County Child Abuse Prevention Center, Adopt a Hero, Loaves and Fishes Ministry and Thirst Project.
