Pink to perform the national anthem at Super Bowl LII

Pink (or P!NK, as she refers to herself) will sing the national anthem at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis for Super Bowl LII.

The three-time Grammy-winning artist will sing before kickoff on February 4 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

The NFL also announced on Monday that Alexandria Wailes will perform in American Sign Language both the national anthem and "America The Beautiful".

Looks like Pink was hinting at the Super Bowl news over the weekend, but couldn't spill yet. It's arguably the most memorable singing of the national anthem ever.

"Gaga's well-received performance at Super Bowl 50 helped open the doors for her halftime gig the following year, so perhaps we should start looking at these assignments as something of an audition in front of 111 million people", Hanzus wrote.

Timberlake, 36, has assured there won't be a similar occurrence this year.

In the skit, Justin asks Jimmy if he has the time and he replies with the same question to which the "Can't Stop the Feeling" hitmaker says: "I do have the time".

Justin replied: "I do half time".

Whether or not the Eagles make it to Super Bowl LII, Philly will be represented at the big game this year. He performed at Super Bowl XXVIII in Houston in 2004, when he infamously pulled part of Janet Jackson's costume off, revealing her breast on national television and causing a major controversy.
