Carroll nets twice as West Ham beats West Brom 2-1

"They are all very important games for the club", said Javier Hernandez.

"Together we won two Premier League titles and nearly won the Champions League in my first season there in 2010/11, when we lost to Barcelona at Wembley".

"Then, we have a derby match - and it's a nice one, with Tottenham".

"But it needs to be continued because we need him at the moment, he is the one who is really helping us so I hope his form continues".

"Do I want to win the FA Cup?"

Hernandez hasn't started a game since the beginning of November.

Less than ten minutes later Marko Arnautovic almost grabbed a second, the Austrian linking well with Lanzini and getting into a promising position, only for Foster to keep out the ensuing effort. "That's why he spent most of his career in Manchester United".

"I am very happy and glad to be back", he said.

"Diafra wants to play and to start matches, but West Ham are not offering him the opportunities".

"I don't like harping back to it but I think we might have been 13th if that decision had gone for us on Boxing Day".

But Moyes has managed to get a tune out of Arnatovic, the sulky Austrian who never hit it off with Slaven Bilic, but has certainly found a fan in his new manager.

But the Irishman responded to the disappointment in the best possible way by grabbing his first goal of the season - and just his second goal in his last 49 games for West Brom - in the Baggies must-win game over fellow strugglers West Ham.

If they lose to Albion, the Baggies will leapfrog them in the table.

"It'll be a tough game at West Ham, they've had six days' rest".

Captain Mark Noble is a doubt for the game due to a thigh problem, while Sam Byram, Jose Fonte, Edimilson Fernandes and Michail Antonio all remain absent.
