Netflix Announce Premiere Date For Marvel's 'Jessica Jones' Season 2

Jessica Jones is a Marvel superhero creation with a murderous streak; she returns to the fold for season two having killed her tormentor, Kilgrave, in season one.

Jessica Jones gets "back to unfinished business" in the first trailer for the second season of Netflix's acclaimed Marvel series. Tennant was spotted on set with Krysten Ritter. Netflix has announced that the second season of the award-winning series will premiere on March 8, 2018 at 12:01am PT in all territories where Netflix is available.

Knowing that she'll still be being tortured by Kilgrave in some form proves that the detective will be just as embattled as we saw her throughout season 1, questioning who she really is as a new case lands on her doorstep, and delving deeper into why she's ended up exactly where she is today. In fact, an earlier released teaser photo for "Jessica Jones" season 2 previewed the supervillain standing beside Jessica while psychologically tormenting her.

Season 2 of Marvel's Jessica Jones is scheduled to premiere on Netflix March 8.

"If you say with great power comes great responsibility, I swear I'll throw up on you" If you're not familiar, that's the classic Uncle Ben line we didn't hear in Spider-Man.

Marvel's Jessica Jones on Netflix is Executive Produced by series Showrunner Melissa Rosenberg ("Twilight", "Dexter"), Raelle Tucker ("True Blood"), Jim Chory ("Marvel's Daredevil", "Marvel's Luke Cage", "Marvel's Iron Fist") and Jeph Loeb ("Marvel's Daredevil", "Marvel's Luke Cage", "Marvel's Iron Fist") who also serves as Marvel's Head of Television.
