Alexandre Lacazette will miss Manchester United clash, confirms Arsene Wenger

They are all offensive players. I just expect us to be ready to recover now [after Wednesday's win over Huddersfield Town]. At the moment, as long as they are here, they have to give of their best for the team and for the club.

There have been questions asked about the midfielder's future at Arsenal and Wenger opened up on how crucial the period could be for Jack's future.

"In my head, they are here until the end of the season".

"Unless something unbelievable happens, I can't see why that would change". That's impossible to answer today. They have a contract until the end of the season.

Saturday's tie at the Emirates is the highlight Premier League clash of the weekend, for not only have the sides produced classics in the past, they are among the most in-form sides in the English top-flight.

Alexis Sanchez has been involved in 17 goals in 18 Premier League games against newly-promoted clubs (13 goals, four assists).

United boss Jose Mourinho knows Ozil well from their time together in Spain at Real Madrid and it appears the Portuguese coach is looking for a reunion in Manchester.

"We missed as well the second goal, but after that once we scored we played with freedom, with drive, with creativity and our link play became fantastic to watch in the last 20 minutes".

"I have to consider the interests of Jack Wilshere and Arsenal".

The former Lyon man's unavailability, however will be keenly felt against the Red Devils, who possess the best defence in the Premier League.

"Sanchez had a little hamstring problem - that's why I took him off but I think he will be alright", Wenger said after the game.
