Tiffany Haddish Pokes Fun At Celebrity Net Worth During 'SNL' Monologue

Tiffany Haddish made history as the first black female stand-up comedian to host "Saturday Night Live".

Saturday's cold open, which lately is nearly always a sketch starring Alec Baldwin as Trump, opted instead to feature Beck Bennett as Vice-President Mike Pence confronting politician Roy Moore (played by Mikey Day) after reports of Moore's alleged sexual harassment and assault to minors. Kate McKinnon unearths in her crowd-pleasing Jeff Sessions getup to tell Moore he is "too Alabama".

Saturday Night Live airs Saturday at 11:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

The clip begins with Taylor addressing her co-star, SNL guest host, comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish: "Tiffany, I just wanted to say that I'm so excited we're doing SNL". "His lace front are off the chain", she said.

"Speaking of men getting in trouble and stuff these past few months, I shot a movie with Kevin Hart this summer", Haddish said, no doubt referring to reports of Hart's infidelity during his wife's pregnancy.

Most of the best sketches of the night included Haddish. With her continuing her splash-making 2017, Haddish is going to be everywhere in the game and we can't wait.

Considering how Donald Trump-heavy the past two seasons' focus has been (and the fact Alec Baldwin has even gone so far as to credit the President with providing so much material as to be a "head writer" of the series), this seems like a timely effort to even the scales a little bit on the show's criticism of Washington D.C.

The 27-year-old "Call It What You Want" singer appears in a promo - released on Friday (November 10) - alongside Girls Trip breakout star Tiffany Haddish, who will be hosting the episode.

Beck and Kyle - The romance between Kyle Mooney and Leslie Jones continues to create hilarious comedy.
