Panasonic Eluga A4 smartphone launched: Price, specs and more

It runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat).

It provides one of the biggest battery among its competition and will face a tough competition from the 8 months old Redmi Note 4 and Moto G5 lineup. It is powered by 1.25GHz Quad-core Processor ( MT6737 chipset ) mated with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM extendable to 128GB via microSD card. Now, Panasonic has come up with the successor to the same dubbed Eluga A4. Though Mediatek is not as efficient as Snapdragon, maybe that's the reason why Eluga is provided with a 5000 mAh battery to manage that trade-off. The LCD panel features a high quality HD display of 1,280 * 720 pixels, which amounts to a conventional ratio of 16:9. The smartphone boots Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and offers the company's own ARBO AI-based assistant.

In order to boost the Panasonic's whole hardware, company has endured Eluga A4 with 5000 mAh of battery. The back is also where its fingerprint sensor is located together with its primary camera setup. The high battery size also ensures that you get to enjoy outdoor excursions without having to worry about the longevity of your battery or your Smartphone running out of charge.

The smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter. It is now available for buying at all Panasonic authorised dealer outlets in as many as three colours: Champagne Gold, Mocha Gold, and Marine Blue. The phone has some unique features like fingerprint gestures and the spilt-screen feature that allows working on two different applications at the same time.

Connectivity features on board this new market entrant include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 4G VoLTE and USB OTG. The Panasonic Eluga A4 will be available across both online and offline retail channels. Backed by a 2000mAh battery, the Panasonic P99 smartphone measures 144.6x71.8x8.6mm and weighs 145 grams.
