Al Etcheber told ABC7 that his brother pushed his wife under a steel barrier partition and thought she was safe while he helped others.

Vo, 32, graduated from Independence High in 2003 and attended UC Davis, according to her LinkedIn page. She said Vo has been at the company at least three years.
