Dragon Ball FighterZ Release Date Set, Character Pass Announced

Those who pre-order "Dragon Ball FighterZ" ahead of its release on January 26, 2018, will get to access the Open Beta, which date has yet to be announced.

Bandai Namco also noted that a character pass will be on sale for Dragon Ball FighterZ that will offer players eight additional characters to use in the game as downloadable content for $35.

To add to all of this, there's a tactical element with the game too with the Story Mode Map which has players choosing from different options as to where to go next.

Moreover, you can look at what the Season Pass has to offer as seen below. These strategical choices will have an overall impact over the fighting abilities for future fights, so choose wisely. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more come in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news. Each player picks three characters from the Dragon Ball franchise to form a team and switches between them throughout a match.

As with most releases these days, Dragon Ball FighterZ has a Collector's Edition. The aforementioned beta will be available to play that same month on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, presumably before the game releases. Players will also get early access to SSGSS Goku & SSGSS Vegeta along with two exclusive lobby avatars and a Girls Stamp Pack, featuring Android 21, Android 18, and Bulma at launch.

The last version of Dragon Ball FighterZ comes the Ultimate Edition, which costs $109.99.
