Priyanka Chopra graces Toronto International Film Festival with mother Madhu Chopra

In one of the pictures going viral online, Priyanka is seen in the same dress as on the cover - a black number that amplifies her oomph quotient.

The prestigious Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) has kickstarted in Canada.

The global icon and Share Her Journey ambassador shared her industry expertise at the Toronto worldwide Film Festival and her and her involvement with philanthropic works as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. The actress was a part of TIFF's new campaign- Share Her Journey in which she discussed her work and her life outside the industry.

The actress is now busy with her Hollywood film projects titled "A Kid Like Jake" and "Isn't It Romantic" and TV series, "Quantico" Season 3.

The lady is in the city to support her production venture Pahuna: The Little Visitors. She is also the UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and is involved actively in philanthropic activities.

She was cited in the publication saying, "Priyanka has no time this year to do a Hindi film". She said, she was young and insecure and agreed to be a part of the project. Priyanka says, "You've got to pull your socks up for a fight".

Priyanka Chopra won Best Actress National Award for the Madhur Bhandarkar-directed Fashion.

She further shared her excitement and expressed gratitude to Cameron Bailey, TIFF's director to let her share her journey at the event. Talking about her journey in films, Priyanka said there was a time when filmmakers dropped her due to difference in opinion, which came with her being a woman. In fact, there were rumours of her leaving the film.

Toronto International Film Festival, which is now in its 42nd year has been kicked off.
