Floyd Mayweather Sr.: 'Pathetic' McGregor will get killed in ring

Now that Conor McGregor's foray into the world of boxing is over - for now, anyway - let the callouts of the UFC champion begin. According to The Associated Press, he said, "Any guy calling me out, forget it".

He occasionally strayed into mixed martial arts territory by rounding his opponent and landing strikes to the back of Mayweather's head.

While many fans and pundits have applauded the UFC champion for his gutsy performance, others feel as though Mayweather started slowly to make McGregor look better than he actually was.

He alleges that Showtime knew or should have known that its pay-per-view service lacked the bandwidth to stream the fight as advertised.

"I think it's great that the Student Union can do this", Elizabeth Buesing, an applied exercise science freshman, said.

"Always have patience, you go'n get to where you need to".

The previous record for buys came when Mayweather stepped into the ring against Manny Pacquiao in May 2015, another fight that was billed as a "once-in-a-generation" type event.

Needless to say, if it weren't for illegal streams and downloads, those with interest in Mayweather vs McGregor could have made a lot more money.

He believes McGregor was able to win a few rounds because Mayweather carried him. Mayweather took advantage of this.
