'Using profanities and vulgar language' - actor Shia LaBeouf arrested for public drunkenness

In November 2007, he was arrested for misdemeanor criminal trespassing after refusing to leave a Walgreens in Chicago.

For those who are counting, this is Shia LaBeouf's fourth arrest for public intoxication. LaBeouf was then taken into custody as his disorderly behavior continued. Just weeks ago, LaBeouf was reportedly spotted misbehaving in the U.S. South.

The actor is in Savannah, Georgia filming a movie. LaBeouf then moved the display to other locations around the United States and overseas, where it got shut down again for various reasons.

In February 2011 he was also lead away by police in handcuffs after a fight at a bar in Sherman Oaks, but no arrest was made.

According to the Police statement, LaBeouf became unruly after a bystander refused to give him a cigarette. He was unsuccessful, something that apparently infuriated the actor. The allegedly drunken star refused, and even began to act aggressively toward the police officer. It was LaBeouf's sixth arrest since 2005.

When the officer attempted to arrest LaBeouf, the Transformers star fled to a nearby hotel.

Then, in January this year, LaBeouf was arrested in NY after getting into an altercation with another man during his performance art project created to protest President Donald Trump.

LaBeouf's name became a trending topic on Twitter shortly after news broke of his arrest.

He was charged with disorderly conduct, obstruction and public drunkenness, or as the gossip monsters at TMZ put it, "being wasted and losing control of himself".
