Tekken 7's first DLC character is another crossover

Yesterday we saw the reveal of the next Tekken 7 character. Fatal Fury's South Town mafia boss Geese Howard will be joining Tekken 7's roster. Adding characters from a different franchise can attract their fans to your game.

In other Tekken 7 news, a fellow writer has set up a guide on how to unlock all the secret fighters, check it out over here. Though Capcom has collaborated with SNK numerous times, especially with its crossover fighting titles Capcom vs. SNK, this will be the first time that Bandai Namco and SNK work together. Geese looks pretty stunning and all the more intimidating in 3D with his signature red hakama training trousers on.

Howard appears to be part of the plan for Tekken 7's downloadable content, alongside the previous announcement that Tekken Bowl would be making a return to the game. "Jump into the arena where the TEKKEN and #FatalFury universes collide!"

The companies entered in a "cross-licensing agreement with Bandai Namco related to online matching in properties such as the Street Fighter series." .
