Stunning New BLADE RUNNER 2049 Trailer Released

Th new trailer for Denis Villeneuve's Blade Runner is here and no surprises for guessing how stunning it looks.

Deckard gives some hints about his disappearance 30 years prior: "I covered my tracks". It chronicles Harrison Ford's Deckard, who hunted down replicants that had violently escaped an off-world colony to make their way to Earth. You'll also see glimpses of more stars from the extensive cast, including Robin Wright as Officer K's superviser, and Jared Leto as replicant manufacturer Neander Wallace. Leto's clearly got some kind of motivations to help Replicants evolve beyond the slave labor force, but he needs Gosling for some reason. Hopefully, in terms of plot there's a little bit more than just "everyone might be a replicant" going on here.

The two-and-a-half-minute, action-packed clip boasts shootouts, explosions, fight scenes, and auto chases.

You just can't beat some of these visuals though. I don't know, covering news for movies that aren't coming out for another three months and whose studio is keeping a tight lid on the details is hard.

For those who are unaware of the speculation and questions that surfaced after Blade Runner was released, I'll enlighten you. Any idea where I can find him?' he asks the wrestler. Then again, his turn as Deckard is one of his mumbliest and least present, which is fitting since there's a strong chance he's not human. The very first teaser was an appeal to nostalgia, to fans of the original 1982 Blade Runner movie.

Edward James Olmos is reprising his role as Gaff for the flick.

Blade Runner 2049is directed by DenisVilleneuveand written by HamptonFancherand Michael Green.

Recently, the film's director spoke to the Hollywood Reporter.

Blade Runner 2049 premieres October 6, 2017.
