Man miraculously escapes death when massive pipe crushes his van

36-year-old Jesus Armando Escobar was driving down the American Interstate 4 motorway on Saturday when a scrap metal truck driver lost control on an overpass above the motorway.

A man in Florida miraculously survived a freaky accident during which his van was completely crushed by scrap metal.

The truck overturned when the driver lost control negotiating a curve and hit a guardrail, the station reported.

State troopers said the driver's side roof of the van was crushed by the pipe, but Escobar was able to walk away with minor injuries.

He miraculously suffered only minor injuries.
