Burger King Reveals a Milkshake Made From Lucky Charms (Yes, For Real)

Burger King now has a Lucky Charms milkshake - a combo of childhood nostalgia, ice cream and enough sugar to test the luck of any leprechaun. Velvety vanilla-flavored soft serve, sweet syrup and Lucky Charms™ oat cereal with marshmallows are hand spun to perfection to create a twist on one of America's classic breakfast cereals.

This Smart News Release features multimedia.

Either way, the Lucky Charms milkshake is the ideal serving of nostalgia and gives you an excuse to indulge your sweet tooth (not that you need one, because you're an adult now).

Unless you grew up in a strictly sugar-free household, you probably enjoyed the magically delicious taste of Lucky Charms cereal as a kid. The new shake, which was launched on Monday, will be available for a limited time at participating locations. "Pots of gold and rainbows, and tasty red balloons!" it makes complete sense that the fast food chain chose to adapt this into a dessert drink. "The Burger King brand has been an excellent partner and we look forward to working with them on future cereal shake flavors". Nearly 100 percent of BURGER KING® restaurants are owned and operated by independent franchisees, many of them family-owned operations that have been in business for decades. Burger King says the concoction's recommended price is $2.99, though prices at individual restaurants could vary.
