"For me, it was really about nutrition and finding a trainer who can really understand my body and the things that it was going through", Rowland explained, telling ET it took "just about a year" to drop the pounds. Kelly previously admitted she wanted to get a boob job when she was just 18, but was ultimately convinced to wait by Tina Knowles, the mother of her former bandmate Beyoncé. I watch her with her daughter and I get such great mummy advice from her. When I say help I mean, like, people around you. That's all that counts.

Ordeal aside, Rowland looked gorgeous in the Bally gold silk suit and blue leather Le Silla boots - which she later showed off on Instagram. Rowland says her fans have been waiting patiently, but now they're eager for new material ― as is she.

"Just one more, and I'm fine".
