UEFA Champions League draw: Barcelona to face Juventus in quarters

"Dortmund and Monaco meet in UEFA competition for the first time", Champions League said in a tweet.

Juventus are set to face Barcelona in the Champions League quarter-finals, and vice president Pavel Nedved believes they are ready for the challenge. "Juve are growing by the day".

Zambrotta stated: "That told us that Barcelona can be put under serious pressure, the second leg confirmed it's a side capable of finding hidden resources even when they seem to be out of gas".

"We are ready, but we need to be at our very best to hurt them". We are a strong side and we can face them head on.

"I remember a precedent when we played the return at the Camp Nou and it went well for us", Nedved said, referring to April 2003 when Juve won 2-1 in Spain. PSG fans were outraged with some of the refereeing decisions during their 6-1 defeat at the Camp Nou. In these kinds of matches it doesn't matter where you're playing.

The comeback in the last 16 against Paris Saint-Germain was stunning, but it can't be forgotten that the only reason it was necessary was that Barcelona had been hammered 4-0 in the first leg, when its lack of energy and the tendency of the front three to become isolated was clear.

"It's a very hard tie, but we're in a good dynamic and very high spirits", he said after Friday's draw in Nyon.

"I respect Juve a lot".
