Nintendo Switch online service may have low yearly payment

As such, it's easy to see why Nintendo has received some criticism for an underwhelming array of games to convince gamers to get on board with the Switch as soon as possible.

Lauding the success of previous, major-title launches including the uber-popular Pokémon Go, and the more recent Super Mario Run, Nintendo Co. Switch is also likely to replace Nintendo 3DS in the long-run, but the handheld still has a large install-base and games on the horizon. It can be remembered that the video game company announced that there will be monthly downloads of classic Nintendo games for the Nintendo Switch.

The console, Nintendo's first in about four years, has yet to win over analysts who doubt its prospects due in part to it being more expensive than rival machines and having few games. Kimishima said that the VR support may be introduced once they resolve certain issues about the tech.
