Child faces charges after throwing block of wood at President Trump's motorcade

A Florida middle school student faces criminal charges after confessing to chucking a wooden block at President Trump's passing motorcade in Palm Beach, police said. Already Trump, who was vocally critical of Barack Obama's frequent vacations, is set to outspend the former president on his travel by a long shot.

Looking further north, Politico passes along a leaked audio recording of an event Trump hosted at his private golf club in New Jersey less than two weeks after the election. Unbeknown to reporters, Trump decided to make one more public appearance: at an elegant fundraising gala being held for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, held at Trump's Mar-a-Lago property and headlined by musician David Foster.

In the four weeks since President Donald Trump took office, he's already made quite a few visits to his luxurious Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.

George Norcross, arguably the most influential non-elected Democrat in New Jersey, is among the almost 500 people that shell out the $200,000 membership cost to belong to the private club in Palm Beach, according to a report by the New York Times.

A spokesperson said: 'The Secret Service can confirm that an object appears to have been thrown at the motorcade this afternoon. The press pool report on Friday initially suggested that the hurled object may have been a rick.

After stopping at a Boeing facility in SC for the unveiling of the new 787 Dreamliner aircraft, Trump arrived at Palm Beach International Airport aboard Air Force One at about 3:30 p.m. for his third consecutive weekend in Palm Beach County. However, we do know that they attended nearby middle schools.

The child will be charged at Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office.

Traffic caused by Trump's motorcade is the most recent sore spot for the people of Palm Beach and the surrounding area.

Palm Beach County Sheriff's office spokeswoman Teri Barbera said in a statement on Saturday that the incident happened Friday around 1:45pm.
