Gary Cahill has moved on from Ryan Mason incident, says Antonio Conte

Chelsea's mini January exodus is set to continue this weekend with Branislav Ivanovic set to leave the club before next week's deadline.

"I think Conte started out trying to please the supporters".

Hazard has already achieved so much ever since moving to Stamford Bridge from Lille in 2012, winning Chelsea's Player of the Year twice and clinching the Premier League, EFL Cup and the UEFA Europa League in almost five years with the Blues.

Asmir Begovic was also confirmed to be a starter for the match against the Championship side, despite a £10 million bid from Bournemouth.

The three-time Premier League title victor told CFC Fan TV: "You've got to give him credit, he's come over to a new country and his language is good, but it must be so hard because he's such an expressive man".

The Bosnian is keen to join Bournemouth and Chelsea have made efforts to pave his way by trying to sign Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon as back-up to Thibaut Courtois. But Begovic is Chelsea's player and I'm very happy to have him stay in the squad. With Courtois back to his best levels this season, Begovic has been restricted to just three EFL Cup and one FA Cup appearance so far in the current campaign.

On the way to Chelsea? Conte will undoubtedly feel the FA Cup is significant, as he looks to replicate compatriot Carlo Ancelotti and win Chelsea the double.

Ivanovic has been at Stamford Bridge for nine years. He's not stubborn like others, and said "OK, it's not going well, let's change it".

Costa wasn't named in Chelsea's squad for their 3-0 win against defending champions Leicester City at the King Power Stadium earlier this month, although Conte claimed that the striker was suffering with a back injury.
