Young married couple found dead inside Dundee home

Investigators are not sure at this time what might have caused the death of 20-year-old Courtney and 28-year-old Cameron. According to Monroe News, police believe the pair were about to eat dinner from Taco Bell when they suddenly died.

Dave Uhl, the Dundee Village Manager, spoke with Monroe News about the mysterious predicament.

Police say they found a pound of marijuana on the kitchen table near the bodies.

When the couple didn't answer the door, the neighbor was under the impression they had simply fallen asleep, so she left.

Police say they are awaiting the results of toxicology tests to determine a cause of death, NBC 24 reported.

A young couple was found dead overnight inside a home in the Village of Dundee.

'There is no indication as to what happened.

According to FOX 2, the state's Child Protective Services recently removed two young children from the same apartment.

Dundee police chief Todd said the couple's food was untouched and the marijuana was in the process of being divided up for sale.

Police say the couple was found lying on their floor in the living room.

Authorities did not find any signs of trauma on either body and there were no signs of forced entry into the apartment.

A few hours later, the neighbor came back to check on them and found the couple in the same position.

He also mentioned Cameron had a lengthy criminal history, with charges including possession of marijuana, driving offenses and assault.
