Watch Jewel Demolish Ann Coulter On Comedy Central Roast Of Rob Lowe

"She does not understand humor or joy", said Mike Lawrence, who wrote for the roast, in a Facebook Live segment. Google Trends reports that more than 500,000 searches came into their search engine about the roast of Rob, which turned out to be more than a Lowe roast but became a Coulter roast. And it seemed to be ideal, as most of the roasters weren't laughing when she had her opportunity to joke back. Coulter herself tried to jab her peers - including Glaser, about whom she made a poorly delivered joke about sleeping with Hollywood producers. Stuff like that is fair game.

That was not the case during the Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe, which aired Monday night. "But as somebody who hates Ann Coulter, I'm delighted", Jewel said to much applause from the crowd.

A sampling of the feedback of the Roast of Rob Lowe, which turned into the Roast of Ann Coulter, can be read below. My only rule about a joke is that it should be amusing. "'Bored me' is a different story".

Well done, Peyton Manning. Lowe confirmed she did not seem to enjoy herself.

"I'm not the only athlete up here".

Davidson went for a seasonal ribbing, asking the requisite harvest question: "Ann Coulter, if you're here who's scaring the crows away from our crops?" What is your thinking on that? "If I can't get a husband they shouldn't, either?"

And as a bonus here's some of the best digs at Ann Coulter.

That wasn't the only quip at the expense of marginalized folks either.

"Rob, in both your sex tapes you appeared with two other people - good God, you can't even carry a sex tape." .

"I've got to tell you, I have no idea who the rest of you guys up here are". That's a Trevor Noah joke; the one immigrant I'm most excited to see get deported.

Last night's dais included Coulter alongside retired National Football League quarterback Peyton Manning, SNL star Pete Davidson, British comedian Jimmy Carr, The Hangover's Rob Riggle, singer-songwriter Jewel, Ralph "The Karate Kid" Macchio, comedienne Nikki Glaser, and roast master David Spade. It's not too late to change, Ann. "You could kill yourself", comedian Jimmy Carr said.

What's weird is, believe it or not, gay men love Ann Coulter. "I started making Ann Coulter jokes".
