US Senate Wants Pokemon Go Probed Over Security Concerns

Experts discovered Monday that many gave permission to the "Pokemon Go" app to access their entire Google account such as email, calendars, Google docs and anything else that users store with their Google credentials.

Should I Choose Google Account Or Pokemon Trainer Club?

"There have been mooted dangers, but I think you have to look at it in the way you would in real life, if somewhere looks unsafe in real life, don't go there in the game, no matter what the reward in the game".

Estimates for how much the game has made since its launch in the United States, New Zealand and Australia, and has already been predicted to make 1BN in revenue this year.

The game's release confirms the rumour earlier in the week that the game's release was just "days away".

Noticing people playing the game on the street in Fall River, Massachusetts on Sunday, an officer on patrol jumped in to join them.

Seemingly confirming this rumour Pokemon Go just got its official release in Germany today, launching on both Android and iOS. "We recently updated the Pokémon GO software as well". Though, even if you are able to download the game, Niantic has apparently blocked the Global Positioning System for most of China.

"We continue to increase our server capacity to accommodate more players every day in preparation to release Pokémon GO to additional countries". Players have to physically visit locations, as tracked by their phone's Global Positioning System, to capture Pokemon.

It has also been downloaded on twice as many Android devices in the US, compared to popular dating app Tinder, which is installed on 2.5 per cent of US Android devices.

Fans of Game of Thrones are hoping Westeros might provide the setting for the next big augmented reality smartphone game.

Once in charge other players can then head to that gym and try and win control from you.

Android users can still download the installation files unofficially from third-party websites and install the game on their phones, although cybersecurity experts warn that doing so from unauthorised websites runs the risk of exposing them to malware.
