Clinton Set to Receive Sanders Endorsement Before 'Hamilton' Fundraiser

Libertarian presidential candidate Gov. Gary Johnson appealed to Bernie Sanders supporters Tuesday just after the Vermont senator formally endorsed former secretary of state Hillary Clinton for president.

"There's more potential for her to gain in the coming days as people who were previously with Bernie start to either coalesce around her or will also look to see third-party options", Mitchell said.

According to Clinton's aides, the final Democratic Party platform includes language supporting a financial transaction tax that reflects the ideas, which Sanders are fighting for. She will be the Democratic nominee for president.

In recent weeks Sanders has influenced the Democratic Party platform on a number of issues, including minimum wage, giving some of his supporters hope for a Hillary presidency. To mark the occasion, the Clinton campaign sponsored a Snapchat geofilter - a location-based overlay for photos and videos - for those attending the rally in New Hampshire.

"He's brought a lot of people, who I believe, felt disenfranchised for a really long time back into paying attention to our elections", Dramer said. "That's why we will fight to secure universal health care, raise the minimum wage, and protect Americans' fundamental right to vote - not corporations' right to buy elections", Mrs. Clinton said.

"Hillary Clinton understands that our diversity is one of our greatest strengths". "That's what this campaign has been about", he said.

Mr Trump, always quick to criticise his rivals, tweeted hours before Mr Sanders' official endorsement of Ms Clinton: "Bernie Sanders, who has lost most of his leverage, has totally sold out to crooked Hillary Clinton". The former secretary of state said the final four months of the campaign would be "much more enjoyable" working alongside Sanders and echoed her campaign slogan, "We are stronger together".

Weiner says he's ready to do whatever it takes to make sure Clinton is the next President, as opposed to Donald Trump.
