Microsoft can't even give away Windows 10

Microsoft says there are 300 million devices using Windows 10 one year after its launch.

The company earlier had only three devices running on the Windows 10 OS - Lumia 550, Lumia 650 and Lumia 950.

This will enable you to keep your original version of Windows, but also reserve your free copy of a Windows 10 license for later use!

"This means the time has come for you to upgrade to a new email application". This is because Windows 10 upgrades become billable from July 29 onwards, as Microsoft had announced a while back.

As per Microsoft, over 300 million devices across the world have upgraded to Windows 10 and the number is set to grow until it ceases to be a free software for existing Windows users.

"The free upgrade offer to Windows 10 was a first for Microsoft, helping people upgrade faster than ever before", Mehdi said.

Speaking to WinBeta, a spokesperson for Microsoft confirmed that it was looking at removing the Get Windows 10 app from computers across the globe. It makes Windows 10 safer and will provide a life time support. also reported that because AdBlock and AdBlock Plus browser plugins are so new to Microsoft Edge, some users are still experiencing some bugs.

The company told WinBeta that prompts on Windows 7 and 8.1 PCs to upgrade to Windows 10 would cease at the same time. As part of its Windows 10 Pro 1511 update, administrators will no longer be allowed to block employee access to the Windows Store via Group policy settings.

Windows Store for business is an impressive solution for IT departments within companies and educational institutes.

Furthermore, new features are now being worked on for the Anniversary Update coming in the summer, so it's clear that for the moment, the focus remains on optimizing the operating system for 10586 devices.

Customers were so exasperated by the prompts to upgrade to Windows 10 - they were downloading apps specifically built to block the pop-ups.

There were a few Windows Store updates this week.

Now Windows 10 is here, and it's actually very good - but many aren't ready to leave the reliability and comfort of Windows 7 behind.
