The singer has announced a run of "Summer Sixteen" tour dates tied to the impending release of "Views From the 6", his new album out Friday. Well, every few years, he lets us know he hasn't forgotten about us and books a stadium show in Dallas.

An American Express pre-sale will occur tomorrow (April 26th) before tickets go on general sale on Friday April 29th, the same day that Drake's album is released.

In reality, Apple Music is more likely to be a financing and marketing partner than an active promoter, but its involvement in the live tour is something of a first for streaming music companies. The tour begins July 20, at Austin, TX's Frank Erwin Center. The stunning image shows the Toronto-born rapper perched on the top of the city's CN Tower. Support for the new tour will come from Drake's OVO stable in the form of Roy Woods and DVSN.

This will not be the first time that the two rappers, who collaborated on popular mixtape What a Time to Be Alive past year, have hit the road together.

It's been a busy 24 hours for the "Hotling Bling" singer, who after releasing his album cover also announced dates for his summer tour. Then, on Sunday July 31, Drake and Future will be joined by Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa for a concert at Air Canada Centre.
